lovely beach stay

we have stayed here before and just had a night before heading home. it’s always a pleasant spot to stay on the beach, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The rooms are large and airy with a large balcony, beautiful pools and a perfect breakfast

The Ocean view residence was implacable. However we have stayed a couple of days in the King size Canggu room which felt a little run down and outdated.

Very good with friendly helpful staff

Breakfast was excellent... location to the beach fabulous ( but the beach needs a rubbish clean up ) room was great for us.. excellent pool and gym.

Toilet floors in club Como needs a good water blast and the toilets in that area could do with an upgrade.

Luxurious stay in Canggu

This place is amazing, we were very excited on check in to receive a upgrade of our accommodation, we didn’t expect to be booked into the wonderful residential wing overlooking the lagoon pool. The room was spacious, modern and spotless. with a kitchen and the biggest bath and bed . The service from the amazing staff, who were very friendly, professional and helpful. The food at the hotel especially breakfast was great as well. We didn’t have a bad meal when we dined at the hotel. The hotel allows for a great view of the beach, perfect for drinks at sunset. I highly recommend staying here, worth every penny.

Luxurious oasis in busy Canggu, fantastic service and dining would 100% recommend

Perfect location. Very comfortable, well appointed room. Both pools were lovely and the grounds are well maintained. The service was top notch, all the staff were friendly and attentive.

Fantastic stay

Loved everything, the daily exercise offered had great instructors, food was impeccable and catered to our difficult dietary requirements effortlessly and the staff were professional and kind always!! The beach club and gym were also great and the housekeeping and turn down service was perfect ! We also had a treatment at the spa which was amazing !! Cannot rave about this place enough!!

When it came to booking experiences I felt the concierge was not well equipped to assist, we have stayed in Como Ubud before and they were far better. Here we only received relevant brochures but would have preferred proper advice and assistance to book Additionally we tried using an Uber equivalent in Bali which works in Canggu but apparently not echo beach because of a ‘local agreement’... we found this to be quite unusual and were not warned by the hotel.

The staff were so warm and welcoming and friendly with us from start to finish...they made us feel so at home. Everywhere feels clean and fresh and the rooms are spacious and stylish. The Como store is incredible and inspiring, we got some amazing new beach wear and Accesories to make ourselves feel at home in Bali.

Best resort I have stayed at!

Hands down the best resort I have stayed at! The staff are so friendly & go above and beyond for you. The gym is excellent and the room was exceptional! The breakfast menu is great and the food is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful resort.

We have been staying in Bali for 10 days and stayed in three different hotels. This hotel was the best! Amazing pool, beach club and the best breakfast I've ever had at hotels. Extremely friendly staff, which made our stay very comfortable. We have checked out in the morning and had a flight at midnight; the staff kindly helped us to store our luggage and provide a shower in the evening before we headed to the airport.

We arrived on a Sunday and the brunch was amazing! Everything is perfectly presented with juices and yogurts in individual serving containers. The food items both baked goods and meats/cheeses were tastefully covered with netted domes so that flies would not land on food. All items (local and western) were prepared amazingly well. The coffee's were all made to order and were served hot or cold to order as well.

There is nothing that the staff at Como could do better, they are truly top notch!

I would never ever recommend any family to go here

We had huge expectations on the COMO chain as we have stayed in one before. But not only did it not meet our expectations, the hotel was the worst hotel i've ever stayed in. We spend more than $600SGD/night, booked total 6 rooms. And on our first night, we were checked in to rooms there were musky, the bed sheets were damp, the floor was damp, so many mosquitoes in the toilet (i entered and i immediately killed 6 of them in less than 5 minutes) The AC were smelly. it was very clear the AC has not be serviced and the rooms has not been maintained well. It was so musky, my baby woke up in the middle of night crying couldn't sleep, I had headache with difficulty breathing, we had to move to the living room and sleep on the floor together with the baby. The next day we lodged complain and they assigned to another room after half day of waiting for the other room to be ready. The issue doesn't end there, the other room my family member stayed in had leakage, and water was not able to drain into the toilet properly. Resulting them having to clean up in order to use the room. Lots of mosquitoes were found inside and outside the room all the time. Because of all these inconvenience, i decided to check out early and left bali earlier then the rest of my family members. When they returned, I found out that the day I left there were major power outage with no power for entire complex. How could a decent hotel not even have a power jen set to regenerate some power in case of power outage. And to top it off, leakage coming from the rooftop to the kitchen in one of the rooms. One of my nephews left Bali after eating something from the hotel and had diarrhoea. The staff we nice but no matter how nice they are, the hotel itself speak for itself. The 1.5 yr old hotel looks and function like a 10+ year old hotel. Everything is poor and broken and run down. Maintenance were done so poorly.
